In a surprising turn of events, a pregnant wife gave birth to a 10lb (4.5 kg) baby in a car instead of in the birth center! The incident happened in Houston, Texas after the couple had been on the highway for 45 minutes probably driving to a birth center. Suddenly the wife went into labor and before the husband could help her undo her seatbelt and pull down her leggings, the baby arrived into the world. It is the third baby of Lesia and John Pettijohn, and a son, named Josiah.
The mother was obviously worried about her child’s health and whether he was breathing or not, while the husband was calm enough to film the whole shocking birth using a GoPro camera. The couple didn’t even have a cellphone to call in case of an emergency.
